This course is really the home of the PHEA ETI collaborative support group that is made up of academics and technical staff tasked with running successful LMS projects in their various universities. There are reprensentaitve from Univerisity of Education (Ghana), Winneba, the Universities of Ibadan and Jos (Nigeria), Kenyatta University (Kenya), Makerere University (Uganda), University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) and the Catholic University of Mozambique. There is also representation from SAIDE.
